Peanut Butter Smoothie
Combine the following in a blender:
2 Cup rice milk (or another lactose free milk)
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Banana
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
12 Ice cubes
Blend, pour and enjoy!!!
Makes 3 servings.
