Peanut Butter Smoothie

Combine the following in a blender:

  • 2 Cup rice milk (or another lactose free milk)
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 12 Ice cubes
Blend, pour and enjoy!!!

Makes 3 servings.
